Could there be a way to get recon?  Many poeple over the past year have been gruling over recon and sofare the only way to get it is by doing somthing that impreses bungie ,but no one has figured out how to do it themselsves ,now there may be a way?  In theory if you can beet the intire halo 3 campain on legondary difficultly and have all the skulls tured on and be by yourself ,that recon will be unlocked. Could this be true mabe , mabe not but its worth a try.
